Avenue5 Residential in Santa Monica is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure property upkeep in line with company policies and regulatory standards.

You will lead the maintenance team, handle work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, and vendor coordination while managing costs within the property budget and promoting resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of assigned property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies, standards and all regulations.
• Review service requests and ensure timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry and HVAC as needed.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
