Avenue5 Residential is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to run day-to-day maintenance operations at a West Hollywood property. You will lead the maintenance team, manage service requests, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities include inspecting units and common areas, handling emergencies, and safeguarding safety standards while contributing to budget planning and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid driver's license, clean driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to use general office equipment, such as telephone, fax machine, printer, copier, and key track system.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
• Ability to cope with and defuse situations involving angry or difficult people.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy.
• Must comply with all safety requirements.
