Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance process for our properties, ordering supplies, diagnosing issues, and performing service requests with strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry background.

The role emphasizes exemplary customer service for residents and proactive problem solving, while guiding the service staff to meet deadlines and stay within budgets. A safety-minded, team-oriented leader is essential.

Qualificações

• EPA Section 608 Certification required for HVAC refrigerant handling.
• HVAC Certification validates HVAC-specific technical skills.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 beneficial for safety knowledge.
• Plumbing or Electrical licenses are advantageous depending on state requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises the workflow for the service staff and delegates workload to staff.
• Meets and exceeds budget expectations for expenditures.
• Orders supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose problems and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, pool care, and roof/gutter repairs.
• Address issues with landscaping and snow/ice removal.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers in difficult situations.
• Perform service requests correctly and promptly.
