RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the property’s interior and exterior maintenance, ensure safety and cleanliness, and lead the maintenance team. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and manage Make Ready across units, grounds, and shared spaces.

The role requires strong leadership, budget awareness, and a proactive approach to safety and facilities management across our multi-family communities.

Competenze

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Technical degree preferred.
• OSHA standards and MSDS regulations knowledge.
• Experience as a supervisor in maintenance is expected.

Mansioni

• Oversees maintenance team and manages Make Ready processes.
• Responds to work orders and performs repairs per safety guidelines.
• Inspects work for quality; manages inventory and budget.
• Ensures compliance with safety laws and company standards.
• Maintains vendor relationships and coordinates service providers.
