Avenue5 Residential in Tucson is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations, ensure compliance with policies and laws, and manage the budget for the assigned property. You will supervise the maintenance team, respond to service requests, and perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in property maintenance, strong safety and customer-service skills, and a hands-on approach to mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and unit turn‑overs.
• Review service requests and track progress; identify recurring issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly per policy and maintain professionalism.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, flooring and more.
• Manage safety, risk, and compliance with budgets.
• Conduct weekly property inspections and coordinate emergencies and on‑call coverage.
• Mentor maintenance staff and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Monitor costs to keep within the property budget.
