Olympus Property is seeking a Traveling Lead Maintenance Technician in Phoenix, AZ. The role oversees daily maintenance operations, coordinates turn-key repairs, and leads both in-house staff and external contractors while upholding safety and compliance across the property.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in residential/commercial maintenance, hold EPA/HVAC certification, and reside in the Phoenix area with the ability to travel 75% of the time.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years in a residential/commercial/apartment Maintenance and/or apartment Maintenance Supervisor role.
• EPA/HVAC certified.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of the community and achieve property maintenance goals.
• Manage turn-key operations and scheduling for repair/renovation work by maintenance staff and outside contractors.
• Coordinate repairs with third-party suppliers and ensure service requests are tracked and completed.
• Inspect property regularly to ensure preventive maintenance and safety standards are met.
• Ensure shop areas, grounds, pools, and common areas are clean, stocked, and organized.
