• Must have 3+ years in residential/commercial/apartment maintenance or as maintenance supervisor.
• EPA/HVAC certification required.
• Willingness and ability to travel 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at the apartment community.
• Lead repair/renovation work by maintenance staff and outside contractors.
• Schedule workloads for maintenance team (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Coordinate with office staff and Business Manager for show units and move-ins.
• Utilize software to track reports, inventory, and completed actions.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of maintenance spaces.
