Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Tempe, AZ to oversee all property maintenance operations and staff. You will manage service requests, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination to maintain safety and efficiency across the community.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance personnel, ensuring OSHA compliance, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires a high school diploma, EPA/CPO certification, basic computer skills, and HVAC knowledge as a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA & CPO certification is required.
• HVAC knowledge or experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required for on-site software functions.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors to ensure quality work.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance across the property.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and facilities to identify hazards and maintenance needs.
• Maintain inventory and order maintenance supplies within budget.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
