Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily or related field.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, and carpentry.
• EPA 608 Certification.
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies and manage an on-call rotation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Preferred: HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trade license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop the maintenance team to high performance.
• Oversee work orders, preventive maintenance, and unit turns to standards.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies with timely, effective resolution.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain curb appeal and safety compliance.
• Coordinate vendors, manage projects, and monitor CapEx with leadership.
