Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor (Temporary) to oversee daily maintenance operations and upkeep of the assigned property. The role ensures compliance with Avenue5 policies, safety standards, and all regulations, while supporting risk management and resident satisfaction.

Key duties include coordinating repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry), managing preventative maintenance, safety inspections, and on-call support.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in the property management industry or related field.

• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to residents' satisfaction.
• Assist with management of property emergencies (snow, fires, floods) and on-call rotations.
• Mentor maintenance team and promote professional conduct and safety.
