Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Bend, OR to oversee day-to-day maintenance and ensure property compliance with policies and regulations. You will lead a maintenance team, respond to service requests, and drive safety and quality across the property.

You will manage repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and more, supervise cost control, and mentor staff while maintaining excellent resident relations and a clean, well-maintained community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and make-ready standards.
• Review service requests and track progress.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues per policy.
• Perform repairs: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and more.
• Inspect property grounds for safety and cleanliness.
• Manage emergencies and on-call rotation as needed.
• Monitor maintenance costs within budget.
• Mentor maintenance team and ensure professional conduct.
