• Manage service requests, track progress, and address chronic issues.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Maintain safety, budget adherence, and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas; coordinate emergencies.
• Lead and mentor maintenance team; monitor on-call rotations.
