Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor in Longview, TX. The role oversees daily maintenance operations, ensures compliance with policies and regulations, and manages service requests, safety, and budgets for the property.

You will lead a maintenance team, handle emergencies, mentor staff, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and curb appeal for residents and clients. A valid driver’s license and carpentry skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and physical upkeep of the assigned property.
