Avenue5 Residential, LLC Texas is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at a property and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

You will oversee the maintenance team, respond to service requests, manage safety, conduct inspections, and mentor staff while keeping costs within budget. Strong carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC skills are valued along with a valid driver''s license and customer focus.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and unit make-ready standards.
• Review and track progress of service requests; identify chronic maintenance issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly per policy; maintain professionalism.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds maintenance.
• Conduct pre-move in and post-move out inspections; ensure timely unit turns.
• Monitor safety and risk management per rules and regulations.
• Assist with on-call rotations and emergency responses as needed.
• Promote resident satisfaction through cleanliness, curb appeal, and professional interactions.
