Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Georgetown, TX, to lead daily maintenance operations across assigned properties and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations. You will oversee service requests, coordinate preventive maintenance, and manage safety protocols to protect residents and assets.

You’ll mentor the maintenance team, monitor budgets, and work closely with property leadership to deliver high-quality curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and ensure unit readiness per standards.
• Monitor service requests and address chronic issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, risk management, and regulations.
• Manage maintenance costs and help keep within budget.
• Mentor maintenance team and coordinate with property manager.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotation.
• Walk property weekly with leadership to address challenges.
