ZRS Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the ongoing maintenance and aesthetic appeal of our properties. You will lead maintenance staff, coordinate with the Property Manager, and oversee scheduling, safety, and budget adherence to deliver excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include supervising repairs, on-call availability, inspections, and vendor coordination, while maintaining logbooks and EPA compliance.

Qualificações

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the property’s overall upkeep and ensure high-quality service responses.
• Handle on-call service and coordinate with the Property Manager for priorities.
• Schedule apartment turns and prepare units for occupancy within 3–5 business days.
