Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Maintenance for the 1st shift (6am–3pm) to lead maintenance activities across the production plant in Greer, SC.

The role focuses on preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and safety compliance to maximize production capacity. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in manufacturing maintenance, strong leadership, and hands-on problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, SAP, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
• 5-7 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and coordinate preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, health and safety standards, and PPE requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce downtime and waste.
• Develop and maintain equipment SOPs and maintenance budgets.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of new equipment with focus on reliability.
• Prepare periodic reports on environmental and safety compliance.
