Job summary

Refresco Beverages USA is seeking a Supervisor Maintenance to lead the maintenance team, oversee preventive maintenance, and ensure safe, efficient operation of plant equipment. You will drive reliability improvements and cost-effective maintenance practices in a fast-paced beverage facility.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving, and collaboration with production to minimize downtime and maximize throughput.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of manufacturing experience in a facility.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to direct others.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for maintenance functions and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with production to optimize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Develop and document SOPs and implement Best Practices in the facility.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality and throughput.
