Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Reno, NV to lead day-to-day maintenance operations, ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and manage the budget. You will work with a maintenance team to handle service requests, inspections, and preventative tasks while maintaining safety and a high standard of curb appeal.

Responsibilities include supervising repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, coordinating emergencies, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure unit make-readies meet standards.
• Review service requests and identify chronic issues.
• Respond to issues promptly per Avenue5 policy.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and more.
• Conduct pre/post move inspections and manage budget adherence.
• Mentor maintenance team and promote safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction.
