You will supervise the team, handle unit turns, and ensure timely service requests while maintaining high standards of curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

The role requires carpentry and general maintenance skills, plus at least three years in property management or related fields.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and unit make-readies to standards.
• Review service requests and identify chronic maintenance issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly per policy and maintain professionalism.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry tasks as needed.
