Job summary

Avanath Capital Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance staff and vendor partners at our multifamily communities. You will ensure timely service, quality move-in readiness, curb appeal, and resident satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in property maintenance, supervisory experience, and strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. On-call and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, and carpentry work is required.
• HVAC and CPO certifications are highly desired.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Very strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Solid interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must be available for on‑call and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Resident relations and customer service-focused operations.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Oversee maintenance staff and vendor activities to ensure quality and timely repairs.
• Maintain safety practices, OSHA compliance, and budget adherence.
• Plan preventative maintenance and manage inventory and shop organization.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and inspections.
• Participate in on‑call emergencies and ensure proper follow‑through.
