Job summary

Corvias is seeking a Maintenance Tech III to join our on-site team responsible for daily maintenance and repair of property assets. You will work across multiple trades, mentor junior techs, and ensure safe, clean living environments for residents.

The role requires completing make-ready work on schedule, following safety guidelines, and providing outstanding customer service. Must hold EPA certifications and be able to work occasional after-hours or weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family or housing.
• EPA Type I and II certification; Type II/III if chillers present.
• Certification or comparable experience in four or more trades including: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, masonry, building construction.
• Ability to demonstrate subject matter expert level knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service to residents promptly and professionally.
• Complete all make ready/turnover work on schedule and troubleshoot as needed.
• Perform tasks safely following company safety standards and communicate hazards.
• Train Level I and II maintenance techs in a hands-on setting.
• Document work orders and timesheets accurately.
• Maintain community appearance and assist with grounds and housekeeping duties as required.
• Participate in resident events and other duties as assigned.
