Job summary

Corvias is seeking a Maintenance Tech III to join a team responsible for day-to-day maintenance across multi-family properties. You will handle tasks in four or more trades—HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry, and more—while ensuring safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.

Role requires EPA certifications, OSHA knowledge, and ability to train junior staff. A high school diploma is preferred with strong communication and computer basics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family or housing maintenance, construction, or trades.
• EPA Type I and II certification (Type II or III / Universal if chillers present).
• Certification or experience in four or more trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, masonry, building construction
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations at expert level
• Ability to schedule work orders or turns and use advanced tools and equipment

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service to residents and respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Complete make-ready/turnover work and related troubleshooting per turn timeline.
• Perform tasks safely per company standards and communicate hazards.
• Train junior techs hands-on and emphasize customer service and safety.
• Complete documentation like work orders and timesheets.
• Maintain community appearance and assist with grounds/housekeeping as needed.
• Participate in resident events and other duties as assigned.
