Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Aurora, CO property. You will lead the daily maintenance operations, ensure policy compliance, and oversee service requests and preventative maintenance to keep units in top condition.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and regulations.
• Manage service requests, track progress and ensure quality unit turns.
• Perform repairs: electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance.
• Maintain safety and risk management programs and monitor budgets.
• Mentor maintenance team and coordinate with property manager on issues.
• Communicate with property leadership about maintenance issues and emergencies.
• Walk property weekly with leadership to address challenges and optimize operations.
• Ensure maintenance costs stay within budget and contribute to future budgets.
