Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Colorado to lead day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure the property complies with policy, regulations, and budget. You will manage a team, handle service requests, and maintain safety and curb appeal at the assigned property.

You will perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other trades, while mentoring staff and promoting resident satisfaction. Requires strong organization and communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in property management or related field is preferred.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure unit make-ready standards are met.
• Review and track progress of service requests and identify chronic issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues per Avenue5 policy and maintain professionalism.
• Perform repairs including electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds maintenance.
• Conduct pre- and post-move inspections to ensure quality unit turns.
• Mentor maintenance team and monitor safety and risk management.
