Job summary

Vidalta Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for the property portfolio, ensuring all units and common areas are in excellent working order. You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance while delivering strong customer service and timely responses to work orders.

The role requires 2–3 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• 2-3 years of property/apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification or CPO and similar trades are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service requests and prioritize emergency repairs.
• Perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Conduct pre-move-in inspections and create make-ready punch lists.
• Ensure work meets Vidalta's quality standards and safety guidelines.
• Communicate status to residents and management professionally.
