Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and general appliance repair.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal) is required for HVAC refrigerant handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise on-site maintenance personnel.
• Schedule, delegate, and monitor daily maintenance tasks and make-ready timelines.
• Manage on-call emergency maintenance schedule and coordinate with Facilities team.
• Oversee budget, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with safety and housing regulations.
