Job summary

Vidalta Residential seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance teams across our multifamily communities in Texas. You will manage service requests, turn-overs, and preventative maintenance while coordinating with a facilities team to ensure curb appeal and safety standards.

You will oversee vendor contracts, track budgets, and uphold regulatory compliance. A proactive leader with strong communication skills will thrive in our resident- and employee-first culture.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of property maintenance experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• EPA Section 608 Certification required for HVAC refrigerant handling.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site maintenance team, mentor staff, and manage daily tasks and make-ready timelines.
• Oversee vendor relationships, service contracts, and safety/compliance with OSHA and EPA standards.
• Manage maintenance budgets, track expenditures, and assist with annual budget preparation.
• Coordinate apartment turnover to meet Make-Ready criteria and ensure high resident satisfaction.
• Utilize property management software (Yardi/RealPage/Entrata) for work orders and inventory.
