Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Claremont property. The role oversees day-to-day maintenance operations, ensures compliance with policies and regulations, and manages the budget and service orders.

The position requires carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC skills, along with strong leadership and customer-service orientation. On-site responsibilities include safety, resident interactions, and collaboration with property leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and applicable regulations.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance.
• Manage service requests, unit make-readies, and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Monitor safety, risk management, and adherence to budget; mentor maintenance team.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call rotations; communicate with property manager.
