Related Affordable is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and perform technical and mechanical work across buildings, grounds, and amenities. You will ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality while modeling core values and professional leadership within our community.

The role emphasizes supervisory responsibility, vendor coordination, and budget input with a focus on affordable housing properties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in general maintenance.
• Schedule flexibility including weekends and on-call rotations.
• Experience with Real Page One Site or similar property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing work orders and diagnose issues.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant apartments and inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of grounds and common areas.
• Inspect the building daily and address safety issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to after-hours repairs.
• Work with the Community Manager on budget recommendations for maintenance.
• Order and manage inventory of materials and supplies.
• Coordinate bids with contractors and vendors.
• Support other duties as assigned.
