Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Affordable Housing Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at the community, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety and OSHA-compliant practices. Regular on-site attendance and strong customer service are required.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws. Experience with preventive maintenance and on-site software is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain maintenance operations of the community and respond to service requests.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Manage and order maintenance supplies inventory while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend property life and reduce future repairs.
• Provide leadership to maintenance staff and monitor progress and performance.
