Qualifications

• EPA 608 certification required for handling refrigerants in HVAC systems.
• HVAC certification (e.g., HVAC Excellence or equivalent) to validate HVAC skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the workflow for the service staff and delegates workload.
• Meets and exceeds budget expectations for expenditures.
• Orders supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose problems and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
• Respond to issues outside normal schedule when required.
• Perform service requests promptly and professionally.
