Job summary

Bedrock Property Management in Nashville, TN, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for Sojourn Nolensville to oversee maintenance, order supplies, diagnose issues, and handle service requests with strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.

Lead the service team, manage budgets, and ensure timely work orders while maintaining property standards and resident satisfaction; respond to issues outside normal hours when required.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 HVAC certification required or obtained within 60 days.
• HVAC certification or equivalent validates HVAC skills.
• OSHA 10/30 and plumbing/electrical licenses are a plus.
• Experience in supervising maintenance staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the workflow for the service staff and delegate workload.
• Meet and exceed budget expectations for expenditures.
• Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and related systems.
• Address landscaping and snow/ice removal.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
• Perform service requests correctly and promptly.
• Operate computers and company software.
• Ensure Bedrock service standards and turn times are met.
