Job summary

Bedrock Property Management in Nashville is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the full maintenance process, order supplies, diagnose issues, and perform service requests with strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.

You will lead the maintenance team, ensure safety and quality, meet budgets, and coordinate with residents and colleagues while upholding Bedrock's care standards and non-negotiables.

Qualifications

• Must hold EPA Section 608 HVAC certification or obtain within 60 days.
• HVAC-specific certifications recognized or equivalent.
• General safety certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service staff workflow and delegate tasks.
• Meet and exceed budget expectations for expenditures.
• Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, pools, roofs, and gutters.
• Address landscaping and snow/ice removal issues.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
• Perform service requests promptly and accurately.
• Operate computers and company software.
• Ensure quality of service orders and vacant turn times.
• Lead with initiative; be forward thinking and driven.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
