Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Artemis Midtown in Nashville, TN. This role oversees the entire maintenance process, diagnoses issues, orders supplies, and ensures timely service requests while leveraging HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry expertise.

Qualified candidates should have EPA 608 and HVAC certifications, with OSHA 10/30 and plumbing or electrical licenses preferred. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Competenze

• Must hold EPA 608 Certification for handling refrigerants.
• HVAC certification or equivalent proving HVAC skills is required or must be obtained.
• OSHA 10/30 is preferred for safety.
• Licenses in plumbing or electrical work are advantageous.
