Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance workflow for Madison, TN properties. You will diagnose issues, order supplies, and manage service requests with a strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry background.

You will supervise maintenance staff, manage budgets, and ensure timely, high-quality work while upholding Bedrock's standards and policies. OSHA and other certifications are preferred for continued excellence.

Qualifications

• Provides exemplary customer service to residents and promptly solves issues.
• Supervises maintenance of the property's physical condition.
• Uses hand and power tools for upkeep tasks.
• Oversees debris removal and site cleanliness.
• Responds to after-hours issues when required.
• Delivers professional, timely work-order responses.
• Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service staff workflow and delegate workload.
• Meet and exceed budget expectations for expenditures.
• Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical (non-licensed), carpentry, pool care, roof and gutter repairs.
• Address landscaping and snow/ice removal issues.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers, even in difficult situations.
• Perform service requests accurately and promptly.
• Operate computers and company software as needed.
• Execute Bedrock's service standards and turn times.
• Lead with initiative, be forward-thinking and driven.
