Job summary

Bedrock Property Management in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the full maintenance process, order supplies, diagnose issues, and handle service requests with a strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry background.

You will lead the service team, manage expenditures, and ensure safety and quality standards while communicating effectively with residents and colleagues. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 HVAC certification is required or must be obtained within 60 days.
• HVAC certification validating HVAC-specific technical skills.
• Ability to diagnose and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
• OSHA 10/30, pool operation certification or licenses are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the service staff workflow and delegates tasks.
• Meets and exceeds budget expectations for expenditures.
• Orders supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
• Address landscaping and snow/ice issues.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
• Perform service requests accurately and promptly.
• Operate computers and company software.
