Job summary

Atrium Management Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor in Nashville, TN. You will supervise a team of maintenance technicians, perform hands-on repairs, and ensure timely completion of service requests while controlling costs.

The role requires strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills, plus experience with property management software and safety/compliance knowledge. Eligible for bonuses and an 8:00am–5:00pm schedule.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry and general repairs expertise.
• Experience leading 2+ maintenance technicians and managing inventories/budgets.
• Familiarity with property management software (Appfolio, Yardi, Knock) and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians.
• Inspect community, prioritize tasks, and maintain safety and compliance.
