The Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across our property community. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate work orders, ensure safety, and report to the Property Manager.

Key requirements include universal HVAC certification, 3+ years of property management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a team, with occasional travel and background checks as part of the process.

Formación

• Universal HVAC Certification required.
• College or Technical school training preferred.
• At least 3 years previous property management experience.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to interact with others in a team setting.
• Meet ALL Maintenance Technician qualifications.
• Drug test and background check required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain community in first-class condition with Maintenance Technician support.
• Schedule, prioritize, and complete maintenance work orders.
• Coordinate corrective actions for emergencies and communicate with the Property Manager.
• Follow up with residents after work orders are completed.
• Hold safety meetings to ensure current safety regulations are followed.
• Inspect and manage inventory of tools and equipment with accurate records.
• Inspect common areas daily and ensure security and cleanliness.
• Walk properties with the Property Manager to review issues and make-ready status.
• Ensure adherence to budgets via Purchase Order system and avoid overtime where possible.
• Coordinate warranty inspections and prevent expired warranty dates.
