Job summary

Asset Living in Los Angeles is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across the community, supervise staff and vendors, and ensure safety standards and high customer service.

Responsibilities include coordinating requests, preventive maintenance, budgeting, inspections, and on-call emergency coverage, with a focus on quality, compliance, and timely make-ready of units.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Basic computer skills required
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements knowledge

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and assist with staff and vendor supervision
• Coordinate requests, work orders, and preventative maintenance
• Maintain safety programs and OSHA compliance
• Participate in unit inspections and on-call emergencies
• Plan and manage resources, bids, and vendor relations
• Ensure quality, timely make-ready of units and common areas
