You will supervise service staff, manage budgets, ensure safety and quality, handle certifications as required, and travel up to 10% across multiple asset classes.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience diagnosing maintenance issues in residential properties.
• Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry knowledge.
• Ability to supervise maintenance staff and manage work orders.

Responsibilities
