Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Atlanta, GA. You will oversee maintenance operations for the property, diagnose issues, and manage service requests with a strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry background.

Qualifications

• Must hold EPA Section 608 Certification for HVAC
• HVAC Certification (HVAC Excellence or equivalent) required
• Preferred OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Plumbing or Electrical licenses advantageous

Responsibilities

• Supervise the workflow for the service staff and delegate workload.
• Meet and exceed budget expectations for expenditures.
• Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose problems and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, pool care, and roof/gutter repairs.
• Address issues with landscaping and snow/ice removal.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers in difficult situations.
• Perform service requests promptly and accurately.
• Operate computers and company software.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and vacant turn times.
• Lead with vision and drive; perform other duties as assigned.
