Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Atlanta, GA to oversee maintenance, diagnose issues, and perform service requests with a strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry background. You will lead the service team, manage supplies, and ensure timely completion of work orders.

You will maintain resident and owner satisfaction, coordinate with residents and coworkers, and uphold Bedrock's standards and safety policies. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification (HVAC) is required for handling refrigerants.
• HVAC Certification validates HVAC-specific technical skills.
• OSHA 10 Certification demonstrates general workplace safety knowledge.
• OSHA 30 Certification is also valuable for safety in technical environments.
• Plumbing or Electrical Licenses are advantageous for maintenance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the workflow for the service staff and delegates workload.
• Meets and exceeds budget expectations for expenditures.
• Orders supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose problems and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, pool care, and roof/gutter repairs.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers, even in difficult situations.
