Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the daily upkeep of a 312-unit community. The role covers preventive maintenance, make-ready tasks, and safety compliance across grounds, exteriors, interiors, and common areas.

The position requires EPA Type I/II or Universal certifications for HVAC work, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

• Strong math skills for handling financial, administrative and legal documents.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose causes, and perform repairs per policy and safety rules.
• Manage the make-ready process for vacant units, schedule vendors, and ensure quality work.
• Set and uphold cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds, exteriors, interiors, and common areas.
• Monitor contractor and staff work to ensure compliance with quality and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools; coordinate with Community Manager on budget.
• Assist in developing and tracking the maintenance budget and cost-control measures.
