Bedrock Property Management in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the full maintenance workflow, order supplies, diagnose problems, and perform service requests with strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry know-how.

Lead a service team, meet budget expectations, ensure safety and quality, and communicate effectively with residents and coworkers in a high-standards, ownership-driven environment. Experience with customer service and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 certification or equivalent for HVAC refrigerants.
• HVAC certification valid and active.
• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred for safety.
• Plumbing or electrical licenses beneficial for broader maintenance scope.
• CPO certification beneficial for pool maintenance and water systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance workflow and delegate tasks to the service staff.
• Meet and exceed budget expectations for expenditures and efficiency.
• Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed to maintain property assets.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues as required.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely responses to work orders and resident requests.
