Role Description

The Maintenance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashville, TN, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of residential communities. This role includes supervising maintenance staff, coordinating work schedules, and ensuring timely completion of service requests and work orders. The Maintenance Supervisor manages preventive maintenance programs, inspects properties and equipment, and prioritizes safety and regulatory compliance. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting maintenance issues, coordinating vendor services, monitoring inventory and supplies, and communicating effectively with property management and residents to support a high-quality living environment.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, scheduling, and performance oversight.
• Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance programs.
• Proficiency in general maintenance and repair across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
• Effective troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving maintenance and mechanical issues.
