Job summary

Bedrock Property Management in Nashville, TN is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance workflow, diagnose problems, and manage service requests across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry areas. You will lead maintenance staff, source supplies, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality while maintaining exceptional resident service and building upkeep.

Qualifications

Provides exemplary customer service to residents and coworkers.
Supervises maintenance to preserve property conditions and safety.

Responsibilities

Supervises the workflow for the service staff and delegates workload.
Meets and exceeds budget expectations for expenditures.
Orders supplies, materials, and tools as needed.

Address landscaping and snow/ice removal issues.
Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers; respond to work orders promptly.
