The Maintenance Supervisor leads maintenance staff, coordinates work orders, and ensures safety compliance for daily operations at the community.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA/Fair Housing rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain maintenance operations and respond to service requests.
• Coordinate, schedule, and supervise staff and vendors.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance in daily activities.
• Record keeping for service requests, make-readies, and inspections.
• Assist with on-call emergencies and budget-guided inventory.
