Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at our community. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff coordination to ensure safe, well-maintained properties.

Daily site presence and strong customer service are essential. Responsibilities include scheduling, inspections, budget adherence for supplies, safety compliance with OSHA, and Fair Housing awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance staff and coordinating service requests.
• Familiarity with on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and Fair Housing Laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Supervise staff and vendors, schedule preventive maintenance, and manage inventory within budget.
• Inspect grounds and facilities daily to identify and address hazards and maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, safety standards, and make-ready status.
