Job summary

Pegasus Residential is hiring an Apartment Maintenance role in Phoenix, AZ. You will own responsibilities at the property, deliver exceptional resident service, and complete service requests for residents and the property.

A background in maintenance with a focus on customer service is preferred, with EPA or CPO certification a plus. Benefits include weekly on-call bonus, paid certifications, a monthly phone stipend, PTO, holidays, 100% employee medical coverage, a 401k with company match,

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance or related field is preferred.
• Ability to complete maintenance requests and provide excellent resident service.
• Maintains a positive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Maintain pool and grounds, and perform maintenance tasks as needed
